About US:
Maple Leaf Farms, the number one duck producer in North America is looking for a RN who will support Production Operations and Live Production on 1st shift. Occupational health experience is helpful, but not required.
Registered Nurse responsibilities include:
- Monitoring employee health and encouraging better choices,
- Meeting health and safety standards to reduce work-related injuries, and
- Educating the workforce about the requirements to minimize the risks they may face.
- Position accountable for activities related to health, safety and wellness of company employees.
- Responsible for providing managed care of workers’ compensation, controlling medical costs, providing post-offer fit for duty screening, and implementing wellness and safety programs within the company.
- Completion of RN degree or higher, and previous experience in the nursing profession.
- Experience in an industry-related field or trauma center is perferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
