Weekend Daytime PRN RN
Soulistic Hospice is growing and seeking hospice experienced Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our dedicated team.
We are looking for Weekend PRN Nurses for both our Tucson and Green Valley/Nogales area teams.
Flexible hours - on-call, after hours, weekends, holidays and weekday work available.
The Weekend Registered Nurse delivers care to patients and family according to the patient's assessed needs and the plan of care.
We will teach you the Soulistic Way using the most thorough training systems in Hospice. We will never put you in a position where you cannot succeed.
Importantly, our team demonstrates qualities of dedication, a positive attitude, and remains professional at all times while caring for patients in their home, skilled facility, or residential assisted care facility.
This position triages and coordinates patient care based on acuity, implements teaching, and documents all visits, calls and follow up actions.
Qualifications - Registered Nurse:
- Valid RN License in Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospice or home health is preferred
