We have opportunities for Registered Nurses (RNs or LPNs) to join our care team in Billings, Montana.

Shift: Night Shift. Day Shift.
Pay: $36 to $39.75/hour DOE for RNs. Shift differential for nights.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a nurse, you coordinate timely and accurate resident assessments, interventions and evaluations with supporting documentation in the resident’s medical record to assure that desired outcomes and standards of patient care are met. Coordinate and schedule follow-up assessments/interventions for the resident.

As a nurse specializing in long-term care, you will assure the attending physician is updated on the condition and needs of patients. Assure that patient care plans reflect current goals of care and interventions. Use a holistic, individualized approach in caring for residents who come to our communities.

Our staff nurses provide outstanding customized care as residents are individuals who deserve to receive the highest levels of care with kindness, dignity and respect. As a staff nurse you will also be a liaison between residents, families, doctors and other members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications Include but not limited to:

• Current and unencumbered Nursing License
• Ability to assess patient conditions to administer effective care using standard nurse practices, excellent follow through and attention to details
• Excellent verbal and listening skills
• Highly compassionate and empathetic.
• Professional
• Experience with Point Click Care preferred
• Experience in skilled nursing, transitional care or rehab preferred but not required
