Registered Nurse (RN) Job at Liberty Retirement Community of Lima, Inc.

Liberty Retirement Community of Lima is looking for full and part-time, team-oriented RN's to join our community. We provide long-term care, short-term rehabilitation care, ventilator/tracheotomy care, secured unit memory care, and even better, in-house hemodialysis.
Qualifications:
-Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
-Effective communicator with staff, families and outside agencies
-Programmatic, prioritize, and delegate; multitask and energetic
-Ability to understand resident charts, doctor's orders, medication order and resident's plan of care; Familiar with PointClickCare (PCC)
-Must possess the ability to effectively gather clinical data
-Desire to learn and grow. Whether you just recently earned your license, or you're well experienced, we have a position suitable for you!
