What Cascade Living and Spring Valley look for in a Registered Nurse (RN):

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

• Significant change of condition assessments
• Other change of condition assessments as needed
• Service plan updates related to change of condition
• PRN parameters and other medication related parameters as needed
• Supportive device assessments
• RN Delegation
• Remote Support for wellness team as relates to the above tasks
• Interacts directly with associates, residents, resident family members, vendors and professional contacts within the community Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
