We are looking for a full time 3rd shift RN for the Pines Post Acute and Memory Care. The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. Pay: $33-$38/hr. (there is also a shift differential for NOC shift)

Hours: 6pm to 6am; will include every other weekend

Job Responsibilities:

• Medication administration
• Evaluation of long term care and rehab residents
• Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents
• Observing residents and appropriately documenting
• Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation
• Follow safety guidelines
• MUST: be capable of maintaining regular attendance
• Requires ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Safely utilize equipment
• Participate in emergency fire or disaster drills
• Follow universal safety precaution

Skills

• MUST have RN license
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
• BS or other diploma from a nursing program
