Registered Nurse - RN - TELEMETRY Pay & Additional Perks

Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, Kentucky has openings for Registered Nurses in our TELEMETRY UNIT.

Registered Nurse - RN - TELEMETRY duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensuring optimal patient care utilizing the nursing process including initial nursing assessments and reassessments, developing a plan of care, physician's notification of changes and implementation/evaluation of interventions
• Administering and controlling medications, including narcotics, and IV therapies in accordance with the RN Nurse Practice Act and TRH policies
• Maintaining patient records and documenting to ensure an accurate record of the patient's medical and nursing care
• Demonstrating knowledge of emergency situations and responding appropriately; verifying the availability of emergency supplies
• Communicating and coordinating education and discharge needs with the appropriate personnel to ensure the patient's discharge needs are met and resources are available
• Participating in departmental and hospital wide quality improvement, adhering to protocols for collecting and recording data.
• Supporting and an environment conducive to professional practice by functioning as role model and resource person

Registered Nurse - RN - TELEMETRY Qualifications

• Full time and part time positions are available.
• Valid KY RN license.
