Established Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Firm in Central Texas seeking motivated, energetic, competent and qualified Registered Professional Land Surveyor for immediate hire in our Killeen office. Company has additional offices in Waco and Lampasas, and we provide surveying services in 10 primary counties, principally Bell, McLennan, Coryell, and Lampasas.
Land surveying experience should include Land Boundary surveys, from town lot to large acreage tracts, topographic surveys, improvement surveys, route surveys, ALTA surveys, Elevation Certificates, construction staking, preparation of written descriptions, Deed Research, easement preparation, subdivision platting, obtaining information for survey crews, coordinating and managing survey crews, project management, pricing projects, reviewing invoices, client contact.
Killeen is one hour from Austin, two hours from San Antonio, and one hour from Waco. Lake Belton and Stillhouse Hollow Reservoir are located very conveniently.
Salary commensurate with experience. Company offers health insurance and matching IRA plan. Normal work hours 8 to 5.
