Reliability Engineer - Product verification & Validation
Engineering student in process with work experience will be considered. preferred degrees: mechanical, electrical, system, agricultural engineer.
Internal metatarsals for first day
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Plan and coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects varying in complexity from component only to complete development programs of broad scope.
- Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the design community.
- Develop and execute test or analysis plans for product verification and validation.
- Help establish short and long term objectives, goals, and priorities for the test lab.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to lead and execute vehicle tests
- Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Ability to communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites and drive results
- Ability to write clearly and concisely to document test procedures and communicate results
- MS Office experience
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field tests, etc.
- Hands on skills and aptitude with mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems.

- Knowledge of engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems or mechanical systems.
- Ability to accurately diagnose cause and effect of issues
- Experience with data acquisition systems
- Experience with Riding Lawn or UV equipment
- Demonstrated leadership and people skills
