We are seeking a Remote Clinical Solutions Consultant who will be responsible for providing telephone and remote clinical applications support to internal and external customers for the Philips CT product line, delivering critical remote clinical support that employs strong clinical and product knowledge, multitasking between telephone and multiple software programs, with the soft-skills to deliver a caring, efficient, and consistent customer and patient experience.

You are responsible for

  • Delivering remote clinical problem solving, solutions, services training, live case support guidance where applicable, and education for CT solutions
  • Providing telephone and remote clinical applications support to internal and external customers for the Philips product line
  • Providing detailed documentation of case notes, product data and patient data in a timely, accurate and confidential manner
  • Driving increased productivity through utilization of remote tools, technical and clinical skill, and optimized solution delivery
  • Multitasking between telephone and multiple software programs, with the soft-skills to deliver a caring, efficient and consistent customer and patient experience

You are part of the Remote Clinical Support team:

  • You will report to the Remote Clinical Solutions Leader.
  • You will work with a highly engaged group of Remote Clinical Solutions Consultants in a cohesive and productive environment.
  • Our team enjoys helping each other resolve issues for our customers and taking on projects to increase effectiveness, increase productivity, and add value to each customer interaction.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Current registry in good standing in the specific modality with ARRT credentials preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of current medical imaging experience on Philips products; 5 years preferred
  • Must have in depth knowledge of modality imaging and anatomy.
  • Associate’s degree, or equivalent certification and experience, is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Highly focused on providing prompt and courteous support, enabling the highest possible customer experience
  • Highly committed to improving patient care and patients’ lives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, taking into account cultural and language differences
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written, in addition to any local language
  • Highly responsible and able to make decisions independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Strong desire to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems is required
  • Provides detailed documentation of case notes, product data and patient data in a timely, accurate and confidential manner
  • Drives increased productivity through utilization of remote tools, technical and clinical skill, and optimized solution delivery
  • Enjoys working in a team environment that drives positive results and team participation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote and OneDrive
  • Prior experience in a clinical phone support environment preferred
  • Prior experience with Lean Methodologies a plus
  • Scheduled availability on a rotational basis to include evening hours
  • Travel will be determined according to business requirements
