Summary
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Clinical Recruiting Coordinator II supporting our National Anesthesia and Pain Management Service lines. The Clinical Recruitment Coordinator II is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and reporting support to the assigned VP and department.
This Clinical Recruiting Coordinator II position is offered on a Remote Centric Hybrid basis. We expect our Coordinator to primarily work from home. You may be required to come to the office from time to time for meetings.
- Create and maintain a facility contact database.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with Envision and facility C-Suites and stakeholders.
- Schedule and organize candidate itineraries, interview schedules, and travel logistics.
- Facilitate candidate survey process, post-interview.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Reconcile travel expenses and expense reports as needed.
- Work independently or within a designated team on projects as assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Create and compose various styles of documents using programs within Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Information Security Policies and ensure that Envision remains as secure as possible.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Strong calendaring and scheduling skills to support clinical candidates, physicians, Envision, and facility C-Suites and stakeholders.
- Extremely professional communications skills.
- Able to work independently while elevating critical issues to appropriate manager.
- Good organizational skills.
- Able to communicate and work well in a team environment.
- Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis and follow up on open items in a timely manner.
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 3+ years' experience as detailed.
- Internet Savvy, with demonstrated expertise working with Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Software, and Travel Systems, i.e., Concur.
