Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Document each customer contact in eAgent.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Educate clients on the insurance coverages that best suit their needs

Requirements
  • Successful Insurance Sales Track Record (applications without at least 1 yr of prior insurance sales will be discarded)
  • PA Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license will be required.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with anyone.
  • Be a fantastic educator and presenter.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
