Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Educate clients on the insurance coverages that best suit their needs
Requirements
- Successful Insurance Sales Track Record (applications without at least 1 yr of prior insurance sales will be discarded)
- PA Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license will be required.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with anyone.
- Be a fantastic educator and presenter.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
