Principal Purpose of Job: * To ensure that the Ranch mission is executed by booking lodging reservations for individual and group guests. Answer and transfer phone calls, follow department and Ranch policies and procedures, answer guest questions, mail distribution, maintain guest information, daily reports and night audits, make reservations, be knowledgeable about other departments, be aware of guest and Ranch issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming phone calls within 3 rings.
Respond to all Voicemail messages in a timely manner.
Answer emails in a timely manner.
Make/modify/cancel all transient and group reservations as needed.
Charge guests lodging deposits as required by company policy.
Check Waitlist and make calls to fill openings/cancellations.
Make gift cards purchased through phone or online.
Log any maintenance/housekeeping issues into HOTSoS.
Log any guest requests in their reservation.
Charge 3rd party reservations in full on day of arrival.

Other Duties: Perform other jobs/tasks as requested or required by upper Management.

Personal Attributes: Outgoing and friendly, enjoy working with the public and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Work well alone or with other team members. Professional dress and carry a good attitude. Be flexible to the needs of the department and the Ranch. Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Physical Demands: Able to sit for extended periods of time.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED; prior experience with lodging reservations system preferred.

Special Skills/Equipment:
ResortSuite PMS & Synxis CRS experience preferred
Strong Computer skills
Able to use multi-line phone

Pay Rate: $18/hr
