The Repair and Overhaul department is a certified FAA Repair Station for the large client base of OEMs and sub-tier suppliers. We repair Valves, Actuators, and Switches for commercial and military aircraft.

We are looking a Repair Technician (bench) who will perform repairs such as circuits, soldering, adhesive bonding, cnspecting, protecting, wrapping, packaging, winding, trimming, joining, cleaning, foaming, crimping, sanding, electrical measuring, weighing, blue print interpretation to meet customer requirements. Test and repairs are rigerously persformed until repairs are complete to acceptance test procedures and routing procedures.

Essential Responsibilities:
With minimal supervision
  • Interpret Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM’s), assembly blueprints, drawings, schematics and engineering specifications
  • Use a variety of hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications
  • Builds, tests and repairs/overhauls a variety of aircraft components and sub-assemblies.
  • Cleans, assembles, disassembles and replaces parts as required
  • Records time on labor sheets for each process of repaired
  • Inspects all parts for cleanliness and flaws
  • Sends repaired products to test or to quality assurance final inspection

Position Requirements:
  • 2 years electro-mechanical assembly
  • Must be able to read and interpret CMM’s, blueprints, drawings, schematics and specifications.
  • Must be familiar with FAA CFR’s, EASA part 145 and AS9100 Regulations.
  • Airframe & Power Plant Certificate a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to pass FAA Drug and Alcohol test
  • Must be knowledgeable in the use of MRP computer systems.
  • Associates Degree a plus but not required
  • Must have working knowledge of basic shop math and be able to complete basic electrical formulas.
  • Must be able to accurately and efficiently use a variety of assembly hand tools and precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers and dial indicators.
  • Preferred experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment.
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Equal Pay Act Range: Hourly Range is $23.75 to $35.67, plus benefits and incentive plans.
