Overnight Stocker/Customer Service- Must be 21 to Apply
This position requires a 3AM or 4AM Availability
Our mission is to provide incredible service and a one-of-a-kind shopping experience to our customers. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will complete various functions to support the day-to-day operations of our business. You will keep the shelves stocked with wine, beer and spirits and other products throughout the day, and proactively approach customers, offering recommendations and help locating items. If you enjoy interacting with customers, and have a passion for wine, beer and spirits, this could be the role for you!
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Incredible service to our customers
- Share your knowledge to suggest tastings, as well as food and beverage pairings
- Stock shelves and displays, rotate product
- Maintain the overall appearance of the sales floor and backrooms
- Efficiently and accurately complete monetary transactions while checking out customers in a friendly manner'
