Reporting & Process Analyst Job at SIRVA BGRS
Responsible for day to day maintenance and upgrades to AssignmentPro system. Leads projects related to system enhancements, creates documentation required, and is a liaison between the SIRVA IT teams and Equus IT teams. Creates new client setup within the AssignmentPro application, creates system-generated calculations and reports, streamlines system processes to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy. Works with managers to create strategy for improvements and timeline.
25% * Participate in strategic process discussions during client implementations as well as internal process improvement initiatives.
25% * Develop and implement client-specific reports and processes, streamlining the flow of work, and enhancing our service delivery.
25% * Develop and maintain data tables and system calculations to support client requirements.
25% * Lead projects through to completion, create user manuals, track success of project and recommend process enhancements as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
- Database management, user interface design, custom calculations, and report creation within a system similar to Equus Assignment Pro.
- Proven experience in process creation and process troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills; able to influence others and collaborate on best business practice
- Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of international assignment administration processes
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in business or information systems required
we anticipate the pay range for this role $51,000-$63,800 Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience.
