Reprographics Associate Job at Exela Technologies Inc.
Job Summary:
This is a full time position for a Fax, copy/print operator and customer service rep.
- Outlook Fax Application: Review, process confidential and extremely time-sensitive applications and route to clients emails.
- Experienced in reprographics print production and the use of printing equipment (Xerox, Konica, and print fiery program).
- Proficient in performing multiple types of finishing: Saddle Stitching, Wire-o; Mini size format, Trimmed post cards, 3 hole drill, velo binds, etc...)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to operate various print equipment and high volume printers such as (Xerox, Konica Minolta, etc…)
- Responsible for quickly and adequately producing detailed, high-quality printed materials/ styles in a time-sensitive atmosphere utilizing high-speed digital printers
- Perform multiple finishing types : wire-o, velo, 3 hole drill, lamination, stuffing envelopes, folding, and cutting
- Experience in using electronic/manual cutter
- Setting up and operating a variety of fiery printing software
- Ability to use Microsoft office suite
- Troubleshoot machine problems, resolve if possible, notifying technicians
- Ability to perform duties in highly interruptive conditions and under time constraints
- Ability to multitask with changing priorities
- Attention to details
- Maintain high productivity and accuracy ratings
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move between production devices to load and unload
- Ability to lift heavy paper boxes and finished print products
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to changing fast-growing production environment
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written forms with customers and company personnel
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
