Research Analyst with Active Public Trust or Security Clearance Job at Genesys Impact
Genesys Impact is seeking a Research Analyst with an Active Public Trust or Secret Clearance to work with our clients to study an organization's mission, value proposition, strategic focus, and stakeholder requirements.
The Research Analyst will conduct research and apply expertise in foundational functional work to identify organizational issues facing clients, generate hypotheses against those issues, and recommend solution options; support the preparation and facilitation activities of organizational strategy, organizational change management, strategic communications, or process improvement sessions with clients using industry best practices and critical thinking to capture and analyze findings; develop reports or presentations, including conclusions and strategic recommendations for clients; and build competencies in the areas of management consulting and client delivery.
Responsibilities:
· Provide clients with management consulting through all stages of the consulting life cycle, including business development, assignment planning, data gathering, and data analysis.
· Assist with redesigning business processes and solving complex and multidimensional problems.
· Develop solutions, generate recommendations, and communicate results, implementation, and follow–up.
· Assist with research and data analysis, including but not limited to assisting with conducting customer or stakeholder analyses.
· Gather required data, exhibit excellent listening expertise, and demonstrate analytic problem solving.
· Present ideas clearly and logically and compose appropriately structured text.
· Work with individuals at all levels, provide input to reports and other deliverables, execute multiple assignments, meet agreed deadlines, and adjust to changing client demands.
· Present ideas, facts, data, and outcomes concisely and precisely in oral presentations.
· Compose logical, structured content in written deliverables.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· MUST BE A US CITIZEN
· ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SECRET CLEARANCE
· BA or BS degree in any relevant field
· Master's Degree in any relevant field (nice to have)
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent Technical research skills
· Proficient with data visualization and analytical tools, including Tableau and Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel
· Perform research and provide analysis on research performed
· Gather and analyze data effectively
· Apply critical thinking to a wide variety of problems
· Comprehend and analyze complex problems
· A self-starter and team player
· An innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem-solver
· Minimum 3 years of experience with strategic planning, organizational change management, strategic communications, organizational design, business process reengineering, or Lean Six Sigma
