Residence Manager ICF/IRA Job at Program Development Services Inc.

Reporting to the Program Coordinator, the Residential Manager is responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day operations of the residence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: supervision of the residential staff, employee concerns, ensure the safety and sanitation of the physical plant administer performance evaluations, support the HR department with job fairs, payroll, ensure that fire drills are conducted, manage individual accounts, records and petty cash, and send vendor receipts/invoices and statements to the Director of Facilities.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Health & Human Services or related field.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience with the DD population is required.
- Minimum two years related experience in a social service setting.
- Must be computer literate, detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule; evenings, weekends and overnights.
- Must have clean driving record and valid NYS drivers’ licenses.
