Personnel Source is currently seeking a Residential Property Lead for multiple residential locations in Eugene, OR.
This position will be full-time, Monday-Friday, candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screen as well as have an valid OR Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Exterior items
- Yard, driveway and patio maintenance
- Light handyman work
- Managing scheduled repairs
- Gutter cleaning
- Car washing
- Window washing exterior
- Exterior lighting
- Cleaning/ dusting outdoor furniture
- Hanging and removing Christmas lights
Interior Items
- Handyman work
- Managing scheduled repairs
- Changing light bulbs and fire extinguisher batteries
- Washing windows
- Helping with set up and removal of items for in home parties

Experience:
- Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
