Where does the Crew Member fit in @ Bon Me?

The Crew Member position is the entry-level role many of our current leaders started at. Shifts can be as short as a three-hour lunch rush to a full eight hours based on location needs. Once you find your location, you will be part of a team that will help you learn and grow within our company!

Crew Members work with their Managers and Assistant Managers regarding training and long term development. Crew Members are hired on a provisional basis with a one month training period.

Requirements for this role

• Consistent time management: this means showing up on time and keeping up with the rhythm of the location.
• A passion for food and the hunger to learn more about it.
• A commitment to high standards while also having a positive attitude.
• The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, repeated walking, bending, and the ability to lift 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excitement about working with a diverse local company.

What's the Pay?

Base wage of $15 starting pay, plus tips. Yearly reviews and raises, with additional raises available for taking on additional skills and responsibilities.
