We are looking for Front of House Bussers, Runners, and Servers.
The CityWalk Food Runner/Busser is responsible for coordinating order on expo line, communicating with the kitchen and running food from the expo window to the appropriate guest tables in a timely manner. Packaging of take-out/delivery orders to spec, run delivery orders to the appropriate location, maintain and stock work area, and interact positively with all guests and team for the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium.
Responsibilities:
- Moves with a sense of urgency when running and delivering all guest food orders. Learn table numbers and seating charts to appropriately run food orders.
- Maintains stocked and orderly work areas – inclusive of Expo and ensuring that all take-out / delivery packaging items are fully stocked and organized.
- Supports wait staff by assisting them with delivery of food and retrieval of any supplies they may require.
- Checks with the Manager on Duty and Chef to see if there are any delivery orders for the shift. Deliver take out order items as necessary.
- Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
- Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies are upheld.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years older
- Valid California Food Handler required before first day
