Well-established DC/Navy Yard favorite Osteria Morini is looking for a fun-loving, energetic, and passionate FOH Restaurant Floor Manager to join the team. Osteria Morini operates as part of Altamarea Group (Highly-acclaimed NYC favorites Marea & Ai Fiori), an award-winning global hospitality firm with 15 restaurants worldwide. Manager Responsibilities include:

• Train, develop, and motivate all staff
• Organize, supervise and execute shifts
• Deliver superior service and optimize client dining experience on a daily, consistent basis
• Demonstrate an emphasis on driving business while improving quality and guest retention
• Performing high level of customer/guest service and guest interaction by exhibiting a friendly personality and engaging guests consistently

Manager Requirements:

• Must have open availability able to work flexible hours
• Strong background in fine dining and knowledge of service standards
• Adept with all restaurant technology (POS, purchasing, labor-management)
• Passion for the hospitality industry and providing great service
• Candidates should be highly organized, efficient, and be able to work precisely
• Must be capable, trustworthy, have integrity, and have experience solving problems.
• Ability to train and encourage the restaurant staff
• Candidates should have an optimistic, positive disposition as well as an empathetic attitude
• Candidates should demonstrate creativity and a commitment to Osteria Morini brand success
