DRYmedic® Restoration Services is a team of experienced disaster restoration professionals. With over 20 years in reconstruction, we know how devastating being displaced from your home can be. We work as efficiently as possible to get our client's property back to its pre-loss condition, without the red tape. Our team will work with the insurance adjuster to ensure the claim is filed properly and accurately. We will ensure the project stays on time and on budget by communicating with the client every step of the way.

Role responsibilities:

• Including but not limited to:
• Lead the Reconstruction department to restore clients' homes to pre-loss condition or better while ensuring profitability for the company.
• Assist with the development and coaching of the Reconstruction Project Managers leading to successful project completion for our clients.
• Complete annual team member reviews to celebrate individual accomplishments and provide feedback and coaching for continued improvement.
• Direct Estimators regarding scopes of works and negotiation with insurance carries.
• Direct Project Coordinators.
• Review and understand vendor quotes to acquire quality yet affordable materials and labor to complete the project.
• Read and understand profit and loss statements and budget management to accurately gauge the department's state.
• Assisting and or independently writing Xactimate estimates on Reconstruction projects for insurance review.
• Ability to multitask and bring organization to an ever-changing and occasionally chaotic environment.
• Willingness to travel as required for the growth and management of the company and/or department.
• Assist with scheduling of in-house tradesman.

Role qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong knowledge and background within the restoration industry including Reconstruction and Mitigation management
• Proficient in industry specific software including Dash and Xactimate
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Calendar, composing emails, QuickBooks etc.
• Industry specific certifications preferred: IICRC (Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification), WTR, ASD, ARMT, FSRT, OCT, HST, CCT, UFT, CRT, RRT

What to expect during training:

During your first month with us at DRYmedic you can expect to learn all about our systems and how we utilize them across the company. You will learn the difference DRYmedic provides to our clients and the top-notch work we deliver that separates us from our competition. You will work directly with our Director of Reconstruction who will guide you through your training experience.

By your second month, we will dive deeper into the roles and responsibilities of team members in the Reconstruction department. This includes the Project Managers, Estimator, Materials Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Warehouse Manager and Carpenters. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
