The successful applicant will be good with numbers and physical fitness to assist with lifting heavy items and being on your feet all day. The primary focus of this position is the role of the Drivers Assistant. The Drivers Assistant is responsible for assisting the Driver in completeing donation pickups, offloading, pricing, and staging merchandise, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Driver with donation pickups
• Cash register
• Merchandising
• Sorting, oricing, and stocking donated goods
• Assisting customers with inquiries and loading large items

Habitat for Humanity Anchorage is a local organization affiliated with the global Habitat for Humanity organization. We work to eliminating poverty housing here in Anchorage and around the world. Habitat operates over 900 ReStores in the USA to fund this mission. We follow a well-proven retail model, with access to the support and training that comes from being part of a large store network.
