We're seeking Retail Specialists / Delivery who share our passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a part-time position that regularly requires working days and/or evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays.

What You Will Do:

Our Specialists / Delivery provide a positive, friendly experience by engaging our customers through conversation, product education and service. They contribute to the overall atmosphere by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.

We work as a team towards a common, collaborative goal and assist in the training and development of our peers.

The Pottery Specialists / Delivery also participate in the processing of new shipments and help the team keep the front and back of store clean and organized.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is required.
• Previous experience working in a dispensary is a plus but not required.
• High school education or GED equivalent required, (AA or Bachelor’s degree a plus).

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms, and required to lift a min of 50lbs.
