- To be on the floor driving customer satisfaction and elevating their wardrobe through suggestive selling.
- Responsible for customer follow-through with special orders, customer and increasing store loyalty.
- To drive performance and growth through excellent operational and commercial execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be on the shop floor when a customer arrives
- provide customer requests and feedback to the coworkers
- Maintain a neat & gorgeous environment, ensuring excellent Merchandising throughout the store
- Lead, inspire and manage your time wisely
- Have excellent product knowledge
- Retain a strong understanding of products and optimize sales from the available inventory
- Nurture customer relationships
- Build and cultivate our regular customer base by keeping up with your PT book
- Drive store performance and productivity with your sales goals
- Build and maintain a website with new products
- Ensure you follow the policies and written plan
