We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, self-starting, task-oriented, friendly, and hardworking yet fun people to join our dedicated team. An ability to interact comfortably with customers and a working knowledge of wine is essential to doing this job well - our Sales Associates aren't just salespeople, they're wine lovers! We want to be a source of wine knowledge for our customers, and guarantee that not only will they return, but that they'll tell their friends about the experience!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain general store operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Initiative: you're an eager self-starter with a desire to learn more and assume responsibility
• Excellent customer service skills (we love our customers!)
• A genuine interest in wine and intermediate wine knowledge
• IT basics, i.e., MS Office, Internet/Email
• Ability to carry cases of wine (up to 40 pounds) safely up stairs and to parking lot
• Having a vehicle is preferred, as our staff often moves around between our four locations
