Tasks:
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that improves loyalty and strengthens the company brand
- Demonstrate and provide our customers with product knowledge and information
- Aid our clients with new acquisitions, upgrades, and services
- Identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical and or account issues
- Customer service and retention of current accounts
- Sales and new customer acquisition
- Management training
- Communication with team members, management, and our fortune 100 clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $400.00 - $1,000.00 per week
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
