What does a Retail Store Leader do?
- Train, Develop and Coach Retail Sales Consultants.
- Lead your team to meet or exceed all sales goals.
- Handle daily store operating tasks.
- Excel in selling AT&T products and services.
- Recruit, interview and hire Retail Sales Consultants for your store.
- Create a positive work environment for your team and lead by example.
- Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
- Support your team and ensure that each customer interaction is the ideal experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age and obtained a high school diploma or GED.
- 1-year retail sales and management experience required.
- Must possess outstanding leadership, communication and motivational skills.
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
