Who we are:

PostalAnnex is an independently owned franchise store that provides retail shipping solutions to our customers. We have private mailboxes for rent and have many different retail items in the store for purchase including shipping supplies, office supplies, gifts, and greeting cards. We also provide the following services: LiveScan and ink fingerprinting, black/white and color copies as well as large format printing. Store hours are: Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, outgoing person, capable of working alone or in a team setting. Kind, friendly, and flexible with schedule as needed . This person likes to take responsibility for a job well done. Successful candiate would preferably be comfortable/knowledgeable of business machines (computers, copiers, printers and fax machines), and has retail experience.

Customer Service / Print Sales Associate Expectations:

• Preferred 1-2 years of counter sales, retail/customer service but not requied
• Comfortable working with computers, printers, copiers, and fax machines
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• Someone who’s a team player but can work independently when needed
• Continuously practice good listening skills with customers and coworkers
• Guiding customers through their issues and offering solutions
• Maintain a clean work environment for all staff members and customers
• The schedule will be Monday - Friday w/ rotating Saturdays, store closed on Sundays
