STORE SALES MANAGER AND ARCH SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Sales and Sales Management Opportunity
As the Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible for;
- Training your Arch Support Specialists Staff
- Provide consistent coaching of the sales staff
- Work with corporate management to develop, expand and implement ongoing sales and product training
- Organizing and attending the weekly store sales staff meeting
- Ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals are met
- Inventory control
- Daily operations of the store
- Team Leadership
- Demonstrating and maintaining professionalism
- Achieving and maintaining operational excellence
- Staff scheduling
- Reporting of monthly commissions and bonuses to corporate payroll
- Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum of five years of sales experience
- Minimum of two years of management experience in retail staff management
- Have proven sales history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Highly goal motivated
- Believe in the benefit of the product and “Why” we do what we do
- Have already participated in formal sales training
- Be committed to helping every customer improve the quality of their lives through our products
- Have a flexible work schedule including Saturdays
- Be able to communicate and have a “passion” for “Why” we do what we do
- Will Participate in our highly effective sales training
- Work directly with our customers to help then to solve their foot or body health issues.
- Be able to easily and quickly create trusting relationships
- Demonstrate good listening and analytical skills.
- Be able to work with others to achieve a common goal
- Present themselves with professionalism and confidence
COMPENSATION
- Highly competitive compensation plan includes; Hourly Base Pay, plus Commission and Monthly, Quarterly and Annual bonuses
- Unlimited earning potential with our uncapped commissions and bonuses

- Guaranteed hourly pay during the training period
- Salary: $50,000 to $85,000++ realistic earning potential
