Revenue Cycle Representative Job at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of specialized duties related to the billing and management of Hospital/Clinic facility and professional fee accounts receivable. Performs all follow up to billing and collection of these accounts. May process patient charges and payments. Works closely with Hospital and Clinic personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of office organization and basic clerical skills required.
3. Experience with computer systems and Windows environment is essential.
4. Minimum one (1) year Hospital/Clinic billing experience.
5. Knowledge of healthcare insurance is desired.
6. Familiarity with medical terminology is desired.
7. Direct data entry experience desired.
8. Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with patients, families and co-workers.
9. CPR certification required within the first 2 months of employment and maintained thereafter.
