Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years or more of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
- Will be responsible for the integration, testing, deployment and support of front-end hardware and software systems and antennas. Antenna work would include troubleshooting and working on motors, feeds and LNAs for antennas ranging in size from 3 meters to 13 meters.
- The Engineer would also provide input to the design of the systems that control the antennas and would be involved in solving complex problems associated with both the antennas dishes and front end system equipment.
- Work would also include designing, and maintaining system drawings (cable drawings, rack drawings). Additionally, would be responsible for rack hardware installation of servers, equipment slides, mounting brackets, shelves, and cooling / heating devices with no oversight.
- The Engineer will design and build hardware equipment and cables for the organization's systems.
- Fabrication of the hardware components will include the use of drill presses, band saws, hammer drills and other free standing machinery. Will procure the materials for and fabricate BNC, ENET, RF, Fiber Optic and data cables.
- RF engineering experience with large-aperture antennas associated front-end components.
- SIGINT experience
- SV experience
- Experience creating, building, modifying and maintaining system drawing packages.
- Proficiency in cable fabrication, installation and troubleshooting (BNC, ENET, RF, Fiber Optic, data).
- Experience with the deployment and configuration management of antenna hardware components.
