Job Description:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possesses a current WI RN license. Certification in Psychiatric Nursing preferred.
Experience: Successfully completed orientation/testing into a specialty area, i.e. OB, HO, ER. Demonstrates keyboarding skill and computer knowledge - experience with EPIC EMR a plus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Also directs and guides patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel, including but not limited to staff positions of LPN, CNA and MHT.
