Registered Nurse ICU Job Summary:

The Critical Care nurse is a Registered Nurse/RN who provides individualized care to the critically ill patients and their families. Emphasis is on performing skills for a patient who is hemodynamically unstable or who requires specialized nursing care and monitoring equipment. The Registered Nurse/RN is responsible for total care of their assigned patient(s) for the entire shift. The Critical Care Registered Nurse follows established guidelines by the AACN in accordance with hospital and unit policies and procedures.

The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Registered Nurse ICU Per Diem Days candidate will possess the following education, licenses/certifications, and experience:

• CA Registered Nurse/RN license
• BLS
• ACLS
• One (1) year experience in critical care for this Registered Nurse ICU role

Pay Range: $49.08 - $70.46
