The RPA Developer/Analyst role will be responsible for designing, developing, and
implementing software robots, or bots, to work with humans to amplify business process
efficiency.
Experience with Python or low code automation platforms like UIPath, Blue Prism,
Automation Everywhere etc. is required. Experience with Robocorp/Robot Framework is
a major plus. Experience with database query languages like SQL will be extremely
helpful. HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience will also lead to success. This role will also
involve interacting with people from various domains within our organization to
understand their business challenges to find ways automation can help with their routine
tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop, and implement software robots using python or low code RPA
software platforms. - Work with stakeholders to identify and assess automation use cases.
Analyze automation viability, transforming requirements into technical designs - Help develop company RPA framework and standards.
- Provide guidance to fellow RPA developers. Review deliverables and documentation
produced by the team. - Lead the planning, prioritization, and implementation of automation testing including
designing and developing RPA test plans and procedures. - Participate in reporting automation, optimization, and other projects related to analytics
and reporting. - Technical aptitude to learn new software quickly.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Must be able to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize
assignments to deliver quality work in a timely manner. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical
details to a non-technical audience. - Minimum 2 years of experience with software development life cycle and RPA
technologies. - Minimum 2 years of experience documenting process flows and business
requirements. - Advanced skills with RPA platforms preferably Python, Robocorp/Robot Framework, or
UiPath, Blue Prism, automation everywhere, etc. - Understanding of database query languages. SQL experience is helpful.
Cross-functional business and application knowledge - HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience would be helpful, as well.
- Advanced MS Excel Skills; ability to work with macros, formulas, big data.
