Utz has an immediate opening for a Route Sales Professional to work out of our Sales Distribution Center inLouisville, KY. The position requires an entrepreneurial spirit to maximize sales and drive market share by selling a full line of quality snack food products to current and potential customers within an assigned route. Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers on a regular basis to sell and perform sales-related activities.
• Engage store decision maker and offer recommendations to increase ROI by displaying a full line of Utz products.
• Assess on-site product inventory and determines recommended sales/purchase quantities and varieties of product necessary to maintain adequate product presence.
• Upsell and introduce new Utz products as appropriate to new and current customers.
• Identify existing opportunities and new in-store product locations for increased product visibility and to motivate customers towards additional product purchases.
• Participate in the negotiation of product prices, location, displays, and mix.
• Solicit, process, and instantly fulfill product orders associated with his or her sales.
• Build professional and lasting relationships with key store management.

• Due to nature of work, must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Requires a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to operate a route sales delivery step van in a safe and competent manner.
• Requires the passing of the Utz On-line Defensive Driving Program.
• Requires the ability to lift, carry and transport products into accounts through the use of a hand truck in order to fulfill RSP's own sales.
