Royal Star Hawaii is Oahu’s premier bus company since 1996. We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Management Trainee! Aloha spirit and a positive attitude are essential. We seek motivated, goal oriented achievers to fast track into a management/leadership role focused in reservations and operations. Your introduction to Royal Star will include reservations, sales, and customer service training; followed by operations and scheduling.

Responsibilities/Goals:

• Promote highest quality customer service at every touch point; these include:
• Reservations- phone and software bookings
• Operations- dispatching and scheduling
• Group planning and coordination

Skills:

• Strong computer skills
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Customer Service
• 4-year college degree equivalent in Business and/or Customer Service preferred
• *NO DUI WITHIN 10 YEARS*
