Runner - The Commissary Market + Eatery Job at Dickie Brennan & Company
The runner is responsible for running the food from the kitchen to the guest’s table and properly serving food as ordered by server and assist service staff and managers as requested
- Possesses full knowledge of menu, table/station and location of all back supplies
- Correctly complete presentation of all food and beverages
- Look for any table maintenance needed on way back to kitchen
- Complete all opening and closing side work as instructed by management
