LINCOLN-SUDBURY REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT390 LINCOLN ROADSUDBURY, MASSACHUSETTS 01776EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY 2022-2023 School YearLincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks a Head Coach and an Assistant Coach for the LS Sailing Teams' 2023 spring season. Practices are generally after school at Lake Cochituate from 3:45PM - 5:45PM.Typically there are approximately 24 team members with ability ranging from experienced sailors to new to the sport. Races are on weekdays and some occasional weekends.The 2023 spring season runs from Monday March 20th through late May. This sailing program has sailors with extensive sailing experience as well as first timers.Expectations: *Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum *Work well with various levels of student athletes*Ability to work with high school population*Good interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and understands the importance of fun in high school athletics*Understanding of high school sports operations*Ability to drive the school vans*Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course*Be prepared, punctual and ethicalPreferred: *Experience sailing*Experience coaching sailing*Experience coaching another sport Stipend as per contract.Lincoln-Sudbury values diversity and strongly encourages bilingual and/or candidates of color to apply.
