Sales Account Manager HCP Job at Technogym USA
The ideal candidate will have one of the following backgrounds: Commercial real estate leasing & management experience with a passion for fitness. This profile will have contacts and connections to drive initial sales in multi-tenant office buildings. This person may not have direct experience working in the fitness industry, yet they will have credibility representing a fitness brand through competition in some level of sport or their daily habits in pursuing health and wellness goals.
Operations experience in a medical fitness, physical therapy clinic or corporate wellness environment with an affinity for sales. This profile brings credibility with “voice of the customer” in facility operations. This person may not have direct capital goods sales experience, but they have many natural talents that would lead to a successful career in sales.
A sales representative for a local fitness equipment distributor with experience serving one or more of the Health, Corporate, Performance lines of business. This profile has specific industry experience and customer relationships upon which to start fast. This person is ready to represent the innovation leader in our industry.
Compensation and benefits
Base Salary of $70,000 plus commissions paid on invoiced sales and other bonus opportunities. Conversative first year earnings: $80,000 - $90,000. Projected second year earnings: $110,000 - $120,000+. Projected third year earnings: $130,000 - 150,000+. Healthcare, dental and vision coverage that starts on first day of employment. 401K with match available after 90 days of employment.
