Freedom Home Care, LLC, is seeking a full time, self-motivated, extremely empathetic, well written, driven Sales and Marketing Director who excels at creating new contacts and can work independently. The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule. Position offers a base salary with a commission/bonus incentive linked to performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle and coordinate new client onboarding
  • Developing and building strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Creating and maintaining successful client referral sources
  • Identifying new customer lead sources
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
  • Perform prospective client inquiry meetings
  • Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns
  • Building brand awareness and positioning
  • Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy
  • Directing, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Communicating the marketing plan
  • Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish
  • Community Engagements
  • Brand Ambassador
  • Participate in the admin on-call/after-hours rotation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Associates in business, marketing, economics or related field
  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as a positive, professional business image
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and accurately complete work activities within specific deadlines while managing interruptions
  • Ability to remain flexible and resilient with ever changing schedules
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, and ability to learn new scheduling software
