Sales and Office Coordinator Job at Jorgensen Farms

with special events. The Sales & Office Coordinator responds to inquiries for potential event clients to meet sales goals and supports general office needs to create a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to all phone, email, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct site tours for prospective clients
- Responsible for working with the Sales Manager & Sales Assistant to ensure there is coverage for the phones and emails during open office hours, including weekends and holidays
- Open and close office and event spaces for site tours as needed
- Assist in creating and updating sales materials
- Assemble First Visit packets
- Prepare, send, and finalize new client contracts when needed
- Assist Account Coordinator in receipt of client payments, update client accounts, and notify clients of receipt of payment
- Prepare sales data and monthly/quarterly sales reports, analyzing for trends and forecasting
- Maintain tidiness inside the office and manage light cleaning as needed
- Assist the Sales Manager with off-site sales events
- Other duties as needed, such as on event days, welcoming wedding parties, guest parking, and any other client needs that may arise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

- Westerville, OH 43081: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
