Position: Non-Exempt/Hourly + commission
Training Wage: $16.50 / hr - $18/hr
Post Training Wage: $14/hour plus commission!

What You Will Do
- Create satisfied customers through honest, knowledgeable and ethical selling practices.
- Maximize sales growth and profitability in a commission-based sales environment.
- Provide excellent and wholehearted customer service with a positive and knowledgeable approach.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Become an expert in our products and services.
- Set energizing sales goals and always strive to improve.
Must Have
- Excellent communication skills and professional sales presentation.
- Able to read product and transaction information.
- Availability to work a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to successfully complete the pre-employment background check.
- Able to stand and walk most of the day.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Nice to Have
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in:
- Sales
- Retail
- Customer services
- Interior design or consulting
Education
High School diploma or equivalent.
