Sales Audit, Banking & Inventory Reconciliation Clerk Job at Cato Corporation

Cato is seeking an individual to join its Sales Audit, Banking and Inventory Reconciliation team. This position is responsible for balancing sales audit; weekly and monthly bankcard and electronic check balancing; monthly reconciliation of store bank accounts; maintaining store level banking relationships; weekly preparation of returned checks to send to company’s check service provider; daily fulfillment of ecommerce gift cards; reconciling store physical inventories, researching reconciled inventories, verifying counts and proper cut-offs, maintaining inventory files, sorting and distributing mail and inventory reports on a rotating basis
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of two years office experience, strong organization skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
