Solar Energy Sales Consultant / Appointment Setter

We are Elite Operations, a competitive sales team contributing to changing the way the world produces energy and we are currently looking for individuals who are ready to jump in and help our rapidly growing business grow even faster. We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated, goal driven people to join our sales team as Solar Energy Sales Consultants / Appointment Setters. This is a culture-based organization. We are on a schedule as a company, we do quarterly company retreats, morning motivation, guest speakers and gym teams. We offer a 10/20 program where you can travel on the company to some of the best markets for opportunities in America each month for 10 days and sell with other people on the trip. Travel is paid for, and the trips are encouraged, it allows an opportunity to see the country and make money while doing so.

As a sales professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Door to door sales, marketing and appointment setting with training provided from experienced sales team members and account managers to provide you with the tools and confidence to succeed in this role.
  • Help interested homeowners understand the importance of solar energy while proactively earning their business.
  • Educate homeowners on the positive effects of solar energy including energy cost savings, clean energy, and worthwhile investment to increase home value.

Required:

- Driver’s License

- Reliable mode of transportation.

- Smartphone or iPad.

- Ability to present and articulate information.

- Self Motivated.

- People Person.

- Positive Attitude.

- Competitive Nature.

Preferred:

- Solar sales experience or other sales experience preferred but not required.

Compensation: Commission Based - AVERAGE First Year Reps make $118,000 with the potential to earn more based on work ethic and desire.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000 - $130,000 per year
