Coordinates and provides support to account executives on the sales team, while communicating with internal departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency of account renewal process. Assists in managing the renewal process, collecting required documentation and information and entering data into internal systems to ensure an accurate and successful renewal. Manages shared implementation email inbox and resolves issues in a timely manner. Works with contacts at our commercial accounts to set up new users for the Mass General Brigham Health Plan Employer Portal and provide training and/or assistance when needed for new users.
- Coordinates the timely and accurate renewal of existing accounts by collecting required information and entering data into internal systems
- Provides reporting back to management on group renewal status and workflow
- Manage new user set-up and resolve inquiries/issues with Employer Portal
- Coordinates with Supervisor, Account Executives, Member Enrollment and Group Configuration teams to ensure accuracy of renewal process
- Provides operational/administrative support for sales team, clients and external sales contacts.
- Anticipates and meets, or exceeds, internal and/or external customer expectations and requirements; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
- Work is normally performed in a typical remote office work environment
- Required to work onsite as needed (typically monthly)
Knowledge and Education
- Associate’s Degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience, plus 3 years of related experience
Experience

- 4-5 years of related experience
Skills/Competencies
- Understanding of health insurance market
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of health insurance sales and ability to work well with multiple stakeholders
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-centered environment

Organizational Relationships/Scope
Incumbent will be required to communicate and work efficiently as part of the Sales team along with external sales contacts such as brokers and clients. Incumbent will also work with internal staff and departments such as Enrollment, Configuration, Billing, Customer Service, and IT.
