Position Summary:
Spin.ai is looking for an SDR in the Los Angeles area. If you set ambitious personal goals, hard-working, and are a top performer in everything you set your mind on, we want to talk to you. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in identifying and expanding business
with net new prospects. You will work directly for the VP of Enterprise Sales who has a proven track record for turning SDRs into President’s Club winning Account Executives. This position will also align with a team of experienced Enterprise Sales Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified outbound sales opportunities
- Consistently meet KPI and MBO goals for meetings held and pipeline
- Record and organize activities and insights correctly in Salesforce CRM
- Learn and leverage systems or tools to effectively achieve your goals (Google Workspace, Apollo.io, Slack, SFDC, Zoom)
- Meet weekly with VP of Sales to strategize and provide feedback where needed
- Build relationships with your Sales, Marketing, and Technical counterparts
- Leverage any opportunity you can to learn the cybersecurity market and sales through both internal training and external efforts
Your Experience:
- Exceptional Positive Attitude, Highly self-motivated, and handles change well
- Motivated by doing great work at a growing cybersecurity company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to think critically
- Naturally curious
- Resilient in the face of objections
- Strong planning processes and skills
- Coachable, receptive to feedback and implements immediately
- Entrepreneurial mindset, innovates and continually improve current processes
- Background in cybersecurity is required
- You finish when the job at hand is completed not when the day has ended
