Our Sales team is expanding and creating new opportunities for successful sales professionals to join our winning team. The Sales Executive will support the go to market plan in their pre-defined territory, focusing on Manufacturing and Retail companies $50m+ in annual revenue. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities for TrueCommerce solutions. You will lead the entire sales process with collaboration from sales leadership, sales team members, sales engineers & implementation services. The Sales Executive will benefit from new leads created from our valued business partner community and marketing development representatives.
This role will have competitive salary and unlimited earnings, including accelerators and Presidents Club for over achievement of sales goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Quota Attainment
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas as put forth by the company
- Execute the company’s sales strategy in your defined territory
- Generate new leads to develop and expand individual pipeline.
Sales Activity
- Maintain continuous follow-up with leads and opportunities in NetSuite CRM
- Build and maintain a robust sales funnel of new prospects and solutions
- Perform effective discovery, presentation and closing of appropriate solutions
Collaboration
- Work alongside specialized ERP sales engineers in discovery and demonstrations
- Provide customer documentation with sales order for implementation handoff
- Support new sales customers for up to 12 months
Experience and Skills:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of direct sales experience
- 2+ years selling SaaS and professional services
- Knowledge of ERPs, supply chain and transportation industries
- Demonstrated success calling on executives or technology decision makers in large companies
- Strong phone/video skills, exceptional listening skills and above average problem-solving skills
- Selling complex software solutions to companies $50MM+
- Knowledge of ERPs (NetSuite, Microsoft, SAP, Accumatica, Sage)
- Successful track record of overachieving sales goals
